He issued a stern warning to the nerds to stop bullying Ethereum Foundation Executive Director Aya Miyaguchi, who is bearing the brunt of the blame. The New Guard. Yesterday, acting SEC Chairman Mark T. Uyeda announced the formation of a new crypto task force, led by Commissioner Hester Peirce. Commissioner Peirce is a longtime friend and ally of the industry, so this is seen as a big win. She’s stated that her goal for 2025 is to make rules so clear that we can stop talking about the SEC at crypto conferences. Can I get an amen?
