ETH is so Julia. The SEC dropped its investigation into whether Ether is a security. With the ETH ETF approvals a few weeks back, smart folks say it no longer made sense to pursue as that rule change assumes ETH is a commodity. Now the SEC can go back to doing whatever it was doing (ruining the world tour, investigating Shkreli for fraud, etc.)

Memecoins. We covered the $DJT mess in this week’s pod and truly cannot spend another brain cell on it, so head there if you need a briefing.
