• SBF rugs DeFi. SBF, now known to the DeFi purists as “Son of a Bitch Friedman” posted a blog this week outlining his ideal regulatory framework for the crypto industry…and the plebs are not pleased. From his diary blog, it appears SBF believes DeFi protocols should operate like centralized exchanges, and also supports regulation using blacklists/blocklists. Very web2 of him. He must’ve felt the heat, because he walked it back a bit this morning.

• Fixer Upper. Earlier this week, an entire house sold in the US as a non-fungible token. The house, located in South Carolina, was listed on Opensea via Roofstock. Using NFTs to cut out intermediaries has the potential to significantly reduce overall costs and increase the efficiency of the home buying process. But is it…too simple? The criticisms are many and varied. The Boys advice: should you partake, please keep your house in a cold wallet.

Since the collapse of Terraform Labs, a UST Restitution Group comprised of over 4k crypto investors have joined the cause to bring justice to the rugged.
